We offer the following delivery options to suit your needs, all shipped by main couriers DHL, TNT, UPS. Please note, that Caravella Fine Food is Venice based company, so all your orders will be shipped directly from Italy. All deliveries will require a signature.

You may select a Standard Delivery option for mostly all worldwide destinations. Deliveries will arrive within 10 - 21 business days (depends on country of destination) from the date of your order.
Express Delivery:
 Express Delivery is available for all European destinations. Deliveries will arrive within 3-5 business days (depends on country of destination) from the date of your order.We also offer Express Delivery for all International Destinations. Deliveries will arrive within 3-10 business days (depends on country of destination) from the date of your order.
Free shipping: 
We offer a Free Shipping for all Italian destination for orders over 99,00 Euro. We offer a Free Shipping for all European destinations for orders over 199,00 Euro.
Once order is placed, you will receive an email with details of your order and information about shipment.

Based on Delivery option selected (Standard or Express), we will send you a tracking number of your order and a carrier name (DHL, TNT, UPS). You can use tracking number to follow up your shipment on TNT, DHL or UPS official websites. You also will be informed directly by TNT, DHL or UPS carrier by mail.

 Please note, it is important to register your correct email in a way you can receive all information about your order state and delivery.


 

1. When you place an order online through Caravella Fine Food official website, you warrant that the personal and payment information provided with your order is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details. Should your personal or payment information change after the point of payment, please contact us using our mail: support@caravellafinefood.com. You also can contact us using following telephone number +39 342 0119443.2. When an order is placed, we request pre-authorisation for the value of the order from your bank/card issuer to ensure that the funds are available. We will only take payment once your order is dispatched to you.

3. When your order is placed with us at the end of the online checkout process (e.g. when you click on the ‘Pay Now’ button and proceed to the “Order Summary” page), we will email you to acknowledge that we have received your order and details of the goods you have ordered and your order number). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted or confirmed by us.

4. We may send you an email or call you to say that we do not accept your order. This could be for any reason in our absolute discretion but will typically be for the following reasons:

- the goods are not available ;

- we cannot obtain authorisation of your payment

- there has been an error by us on the pricing or description of the goods; or

- if you don’t meet our ‘eligibility to order’ criteria or any other terms or policies set out in these T&Cs or by law.

5. Once your order is accepted at the point your goods are dispatched, which will be within 30 days of the date of your order and will depend on the method of delivery chosen and your location. At this point, a legally binding contract will be created between you and us. We will send you an email notifying you that your goods have been dispatched. At this stage payment will be taken from the card details you have provided us with. Some card companies show the initial payment request and the later charge as two separate entries. Please be assured that we only charge your card once and that any 'second' charge is only temporary. If you have any further queries, please contact your bank/card issuer.


1. All prices shown on the Site are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

2. Although we try to ensure all our pricing displayed on the Site are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price, failing which it will be cancelled.

3. From time to time (particularly during Sale and promotional periods) we may offer additional discounts for purchases online. 

4. Caravella Fine Food Store may also run additional discount promotions for purchases made by any of our accepted payment methods, including during the Christmas and Sale periods.
