CARAVELLA FINE FOOD RETURNS POLICY
Here at CARAVELLA FINE FOOD we are committed to providing you with a superior customer sevice and are confident that upmost care and attention to detail has been taken in the processing, packing and delivery of your order to ensure that you receive it in perfect condition.
However, should you not be entirely satisfied or should the goods you receive be damaged or defective, please, notify us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide you with a replacement or refund.
For returns and refunds, or if your order was incorrect or faulty, please, contact us at email@example.com.
Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Please note, it may take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed from the day of receipt to our head office. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed.
In case of return, please note, all items must be returned in its original packaging and exactly in the condition they have been received, including damaged goods. We will not accept opened or manipulated items after receipt . All returned orders will be controlled and evaluated by our professional team to evoid any possible fraud. Please note, if items have been opended or manipulated after receipt, we will not be able to refund or exchange them. Any items returned to us outside of the returns period without prior agreement will not be refuned.
If you receive damaged items, you can choose a replaced shipment. Please, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a new shipment of your order.
